Refund and Return Policy: 

You can return all or part of your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All customer discretionary returns are subject to a $4.50 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. All items MUST be returned in their original cartons and must be in the same condition as when we shipped them (as determined by our inspection upon receipt). All returns must have a return goods authorization number issued by Arc Weld Inc. in order for a refund to be given. Exceptions to our 30-day return policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
