Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made from Arc Weld Inc. through www.arcweld.store.

Products and availability
Product information, pricing, and availability are shown on each product page and may change without notice. We work to keep product details accurate. If an item is unavailable or requires a lead time after an order is placed, we will contact you with available options.

Order processing and payment
Orders are processed after payment is successfully authorized. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on business days typically ship the same business day when inventory is available. Orders received after that time typically ship the next business day.

Shipping
Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and service options are described in our Shipping policy. Tracking information is sent by email when an order ships.

Returns and refunds
Returns, restocking fees, return shipping fees, and refund eligibility are described in our Refund policy. Returned items must be approved with a return goods authorization number before they are sent back.

Damage and defect policy
Contact Arc Weld Inc. about damage or defects within 10 days of purchase. To process a damage claim, keep the original package and all packing materials. If a product qualifies for exchange, return, or warranty handling, Arc Weld Inc. will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return goods authorization number.

Manufacturer warranties
Equipment sold by Arc Weld Inc. includes the manufacturer warranty provided by the manufacturer. Defects discovered after 10 days from purchase are generally handled under the manufacturer warranty through an authorized distributor or repair facility. Arc Weld Inc. can help customers identify a nearby authorized repair facility when available.
